We can pick up and drop any number of guests using our “Meet and Greet Service. We personally meet the clients with a signboard as they come through Arrivals. Our representative escorts the guests to there chosen and respective accommodation. En route, the guests are briefed about the geographical attributes of Kampala and more. The vehicles are always clean and air conditioned.

Car Rental Terms & Conditions:

•  Vehicles have 3rd party and comprehensive insurance policy coverage.

•  Vehicles come with an English-speaking driver [Chauffeur driven]

•  Drivers are paid an extra US$ 5 for overtime

•  A day means from a calendar day [07:00 hrs – 19:00 hrs] and NOT a 24hr period

•  Unlimited kilometers or open mileage for up country

•  Up to 150 Kms per day town running

•  Vehicle license fees, location charge and VAT are all included

•  Exclusive African Safaris does not give cars on self-drive except on request and on signing a contract. Exclusive African Safaris reserves the right to refuse a hirer at anytime without giving any reasons.

•  Driver's licence – Each driver must present a valid international driver's licence or licnece from his/her country of residence

•  Minimum driving age - The hirer and/or authorized driver must have a minimum age of 21 years. The
hirer and/or authorized driver must also be able to provide proper means of identification other
than a driver's licence.

•  SECURITY - The hirer should ensure that the hire vehicle is locked when unattended. The vehicle must not be parked in a public area for long periods.

•  A security deposit of $1,000 for small cars and US$1,500 for larger 4 x 4's in class of Land Cruiser when you sign the car hire contract is required.
The money will be held as a security.
Once car is returned in good condition, we will return the whole security deposit
